U know I was thinking the same thing, there are a bunch of grind poles and wood in this small area which only a few people walk by but the problem is that it just at a main road so I think it would get trashed
but you should build it anyway if you have the spare materials |

Dont let the fear of the Council stop you, if you have the materials there
go build, you never get the pleasure of skating a home made spot from
anything else.
