Fascinating construction technique using polystyrene instead of aggregate.

According to Kenny O this polystyrene thing has been around for about 20 years although its not widely used in the construction industry!!
Buckie though is pretty good, smooth, solid & a good park although time will tell with the foam fill!
Elgin started this week as well, the North East is back on form for parks again.
