Event date: March 23, 2025 at The Loading Bay:
The Skateboard Scotland Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Sunday the 23rd of March 2025 at The Loading Bay skatepark. Time TBC, but this will be first thing in the morning before day 2 of the Scottish Champs which are taking place that weekend.
What is the purpose of an AGM?
The AGM serves a couple of purposes, administratively it offers the following functions:
- Review of activities
- Plans for the future
- Voting in of board members for 2025/26
As well as those formal functions it also offers the chance to meet the Skateboard Scotland committee and to find out more about what Skateboard Scotland does and how you can get involved.
So if you’d like to find out what we’ve been up to or maybe even lend your support in anyway, it would be great to have you join us!
We are keen on having broad representation on the committee, if you are at least 18 years old then you are eligible to get involved. We would also like to increase the female representation on the committee, if this sounds of interest then so please do let us know.
